✅ Attending to their VOI & Authorisation to Act

✅ Applying for the title, rates, planning certificates & Owners Corp once title registration occurs

✅ Setting up PEXA & accepting Duties on Line once the plan is registered

✅ Calculate Stamp Duty Savings applicable to this particular type of transaction

✅ Liaising with the vendor’s representative as to the progress of the plan of subdivision and occupancy permit where applicable
